Professional Biography

Schadnusch Nejad Wieck is an internationally experienced entrepreneur, executive and strategic business leader with an extensive track record in industrial engineering, automation technology, international business development and corporate management.

Following the completion of his Diplom degree in Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Mainz-Bingen, he began his professional career at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he spent 12 years holding various positions across multiple business divisions. During this period, he developed substantial expertise in industrial technologies, operational management and complex manufacturing processes.

Executive Leadership and Corporate Governance

From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Nejad Wieck served as a Member of the Executive Board of Rohwedder AG, with executive responsibility for Technology and Procurement. In addition to his executive duties, he held several senior leadership and corporate governance positions, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Roth & Rau AG and Managing Director of Rohwedder Visotech GmbH.

He also served in advisory and governance capacities across several international subsidiaries of Rohwedder AG, including Rohwedder Pematech GmbH, IEF Werner GmbH, Rohwedder Inc. (USA), Rohwedder Automated Systems Inc. (Canada), Rohwedder Pty. Ltd. (Australia), and Rohwedder Microtech GmbH & Co. KG.

He subsequently joined the Executive Board of IPTE AG, an international company specializing in electronics manufacturing and automation technologies, where he served until September 2005. At the time, IPTE employed approximately 1,400 people and operated production facilities across Europe and Asia, including Germany, Belgium, France, Portugal, China, Singapore and Romania.

Entrepreneurship, Investment Advisory and Innovation

In 2005, Mr. Nejad Wieck founded ATMvision AG, an innovative technology company specializing in advanced measurement and inspection systems, wet-chemical processing technologies and applications in nanotechnology.

From February 2007 to December 2012, he served as Chairman of the Executive Board of ATMvision AG and as Managing Director of ATMgroup GmbH in Singen, Germany. Under his leadership, the business developed a strong position in its specialized technology markets, generating annual revenue exceeding €18 million in 2011.

Beyond his operational responsibilities, Mr. Nejad Wieck has been active in strategic investment advisory and corporate development. He has worked as an external consultant to prominent German private equity firms, including Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and NORD Holding GmbH.

Academic Engagement and Commitment to German Industry

Alongside his corporate career, Mr. Nejad Wieck has contributed to the exchange of knowledge between industry and academia as a guest lecturer at the University of Karlsruhe, focusing on informatics, process engineering, automation and robotics.

He has also supported the development and competitiveness of Germany's small and medium-sized enterprises through his involvement in Mittelstandplus, a German government initiative dedicated to strengthening the country's SME sector.

In 2012, Mr. Nejad Wieck founded GMC Technology GmbH, headquartered in Salem, Germany, where he continues to serve as Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Building on his extensive industrial expertise, international management experience and entrepreneurial background, he established GMC Technology as a provider of specialized materials, equipment and technology solutions for international markets, with a particular focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The company's activities span a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, residential development and other commercial and institutional applications.

Under his leadership, GMC Technology focuses on connecting international suppliers and technology partners with regional market requirements, emphasizing quality, technical expertise, reliability and long-term business relationships.
