Schadnusch Nejad

After completing his Diplom degree in engineering at the University of Mainz - Bingen, Mr Nejad worked within various sectors and divisions of Robert Bosch GmbH for 12 years. From 2000 to 2004, Mr Nejad was a member of the executive board of Rohwedder AG and was responsible for the technology and procurement division.

 

In addition, he worked as:  - chair of the supervisory board at Roth & Rau AG and managing director of Rohwedder Visotech GmbH and as a member of the advisory board within the following subsidiaries of Rohwedder AG: Rohwedder Pematech GmbH, IEF Werner GmbH, Rohwedder, Inc. (USA), Rohwedder Automated Systems, Inc. (Canada), Rohwedder Pty. Ltd. (Australia) as well as Rohwedder Microtech GmbH & Co. KG in Bruchsal. 

 

Until September 2005, Mr Nejad was a member of the executive board at IPTE AG, a leading global company in the electronics and automation sector. With approx. 1,400 employees, IPTE AG has production facilities in Germany, Belgium, France, Portugal, China, Singapore and Romania, among others.

 

As a guest lecturer at the University of Karlsruhe, he worked within the Faculty for Informatics, Process Technology, Automation and Robotics, as well as a company expert. Mr Nejad has also been a committed supporter of German SMEs as part of the forum “Mittelstandplus” set up by the German government to help support small and medium-sized companies in Germany.

 

Since 2006, Mr Nejad has been an external consultant for the leading Germany private equity companies Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and Nordholding GmbH.

 

Between November 2007 and November 2009, Mr Nejad was a member of the advisory board of Julius Heywinkel Holding GmbH in Bramsche. Mr Nejad founded the company ATMvision AG in 2005. From February 2007 to December 2012, Mr Schadnusch Nejad was chair of the executive board of ATMvision AG, managing director of ATMgroup GmbH in Singen.

In 2011, the company generated over € 18 million in turnover and was one of the leading companies in the field of measuring and inspection systems as well as wet-chemical systems and in the field of nanotechnology.

Since 2012, Mr Schadnusch Nejad is founder and CEO of GMCTechnology GmbH in Salem-Germany. GMCTechnology is one of the leader companies in the region of the Middle East and North Africa for providing of different materials and equipments for health care, education, hotels, residential and many other applications.
